Start from the merchant's Saturday, not the product's roadmap.

The store floor. The brand. The founder. The e-money institution. The payment provider. The neobank. Each one taught me what the others forget.

About
I started on a shop floor at Decathlon, running a department and its P&L. Then a fashion brand, Chipie at Kidiliz, with 42 people and a number to hit. Then my own company, Alice With Alex, a made-in-France clothing brand for urban cyclists. I was the merchant. I paid the fees and I chased the payouts.
In 2017 I crossed the counter. At Morning, an e-money institution, I built payment offers and brands. At Lyra, a payment service provider, I went from launching products to marketing them. Along the way I helped take payment companies through becoming card acquirers: scheme membership, certification, processing.
Today I'm a Staff Product Marketing Manager at Qonto. I lead card acceptance across every market Qonto serves, in person and online: Tap to Pay, payment terminals, payment links and what comes next. I also launched Pay Later, Qonto's financing offer. The work runs from product strategy and vision to go-to-market.
I write here because the best ideas in payments are trapped in decks and Slack threads. I build AI-native tools for marketers on the side. I live in Toulouse.
